Event Planning

Weddings 2008- 2009

Wedding Package “A” includes: $ 3,700.00 up to 20 persons ++

  • Private use of entire facility for five hours
  • Picturesque grounds for photographs
  • Gift table and waiting room for the Bride (two hours before the ceremony)
  • Two guestrooms for day before the wedding
  • Honey moon suite for the wedding night
  • Rose petals and candles in honeymoon suite
  • Two 75 minute full body massage for bride and groom
  • One pedispa for the Bride, Groom's mother, and Mother-of-the Bride day before the wedding
  • "Breakfast in Bed" Extended continental breakfast delivered to your room
  • Complete facility coordination with referral lists of vendors
  • Passed appetizers in the Boardroom or Outdoors
  • Champagne toast
  • Complimentary cake cutting and service

Deposits:

Upon the understanding by the wedding party of all estimated costs for holding an event at 5 Seasons Resort and Spa, a non-refundable $1,500.00 deposit is required to book the facility and reserve the Honeymoon suite. The estimate of charges and facility contract must be signed prior to receipt of deposit.  An additional, non-refundable deposit of $1,000.00 is due 90 days prior to event date.  It is required that the final guest count be set 14 days prior to the event.  All deposits apply toward final billing and are non-refundable.

Wedding Package “B” includes: $ 9,900 up to 50 persons ++

  • Private use of entire facility for six hours
  • Picturesque grounds for photographs
  • Gift table and waiting room for the Bride (two hours before the ceremony)
  • Two guestrooms for day before the wedding
  • Honey moon suite for the wedding night
  • Rose petals and candles in honeymoon suite
  • Two 75 minute full body massage for bride and groom
  • One pedispa for the Bride and up to 5 guests day before the wedding
  • "Breakfast in Bed" Extended continental breakfast delivered to Bride and Groom
  • Complete facility coordination with referral lists of vendors
  • Passed appetizers in the Boardroom or Outdoors
  • Champagne toast
  • Complimentary cake cutting and service
  • White garden chairs for the ceremony

Deposits:

Upon the understanding by the wedding party of all estimated costs for holding an event at 5 Seasons Resort and Spa, a non-refundable $2,500.00 deposit is required to book the facility and reserve the Honeymoon suite and two guest cottages. The estimate of charges and facility contract must be signed prior to receipt of deposit.  An additional, non-refundable deposit of $5,000.00 is due 90 days prior to event date.  It is required that the final guest count be set 14 days prior to the event.  All deposits apply toward final billing and are non-refundable.
