The recipient by redeeming this certificate accepts and agrees to comply with all of the terms and conditions set forth on this certificate. This 5 Seasons Spa certificate will only be accepted for goods and services at the issuing spa location. Reservations for treatments and spa services must be made in advance and are subject to availability. The Spa certificate must be presented to Spa desk at time of check-in. The certificate may be supplemented by payment of cash, acceptable check or valid credit card. No credit or change will be given on unused portion of certificate. Not redeemable for cash or other substitutions, not replaceable if lost, destroyed, stolen or expired, and void if altered, photocopied, or reproduced. Terms are void where prohibited by law. The use of certificates shall be subject to government approvals, regulations, restrictions and applicable taxes.

Terms and Conditions of this certificate are governed by the laws of the state of California, USA. Certificate is void if sold for cash or other considerations. Certificate will not be extended beyond the expiration date. Tax liability, if any, including disclosure, is the user's responsibility. .
