Cottages and Cabins

CHECK-IN is 3:00 PM (Pacific Time)

CHECK-OUT is 11 AM (Pacific Time)

NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT - required on ALL reservations. The deposit is equal to one night rental with the balance due on day of arrival.

KEYS -
You must return your keys to the office upon departure. There is a $25 charge for missing keys. This will be billed to the charge card on file.

LATE ARRIVAL For check-in's after 6PM Call the officePRIOR to the DAY of ARRIVAL .
- 707.869.8139 - to make arrangements for a late arrival. If you do not, you run the risk of being unable to get access to your Cabin.

EARLY CHECK-IN - An early check-in is not available in July, August, and September. Off season, you can call or email the office a day ahead to see if an early check-in is possible.

LATE CHECK-OUT - A late check-out is not available in July, August, and September. Sometimes off-season we can grant a late check-out of Noon without an additional charge. In all cases a check-out later than 2:00 PM is subject to an additional charge of $50. This will be billed to the charge card on file.

PET-FRIENDLY - We are very pet-friendly, but we can remain so only if pet owners strictly adhere to our rules. Violation of any of these rules will mean additional charges.

  • Pets may NOT be left in rooms unattended. Housekeeping will not enter a room with a pet in it. We can arrange for pet sitting if you want to go out without your pet.
  • No Pets may be on the furniture unless on a blanket you provide. We will provide a dog bed upon request, based upon availability.
  • You must clean up after your pets. There is a $50 charge is we have to clean up after your pet. This will be billed to the charge card on file.
  • Dogs must be on a leash on the property.
  • Guests with barking dogs will be asked to leave and all rents forfeited.
  • Please groom your dog if your dog is a shedding type and make sure there is no dog hair on the furniture when you depart.
  • We do not allow pets in rooms with full kitchens.
  • Pets may not be in the Pool and Spa area at any time. This is a requirement of the Health Department.
  • There is a $100 fee charged for each Pet stain caused by guest pets. This will be billed to the charge card on file.

EXTENDED CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST - served Saturday, Sunday and Holidays in Unit 1. (8am-10am)

OCCUPANCY - All rates are based upon 2 to 4 person occupancy. There is an extra $100 per night fee for unregistered guests exceeding the rooms capacity. 2 people for studio or one bedroom unit. 4 people for two bedroom unit. This will be charged to the credit card on file.

HANDICAPPED ACCESS - Cabin 11 is handicapped accessible.

SMOKING - All rooms and vacation homes at 5 Seasons Wine Country Resort and Spa are NON-SMOKING. There is a designated smoking area on the lawn (under the green/white striped canopy). This is located between units 7 and 11. Please do not smoke elsewhere on the property. There is a $100 cleaning fee for removing smoke odors from a room. This includes smoke of any kind.

3-4 NIGHT MINIMUM - a three night minimum may be required with a Saturday night booking in July, August and September. SPECIAL EVENTS such as those shown below always have a three or four night minimum:

  • Memorial Day Weekend
  • Russian River Blues Festival
  • July 4th Weekend
  • Lazy Bear Weekend
  • Vineman Triathalon
  • Labor Day Weekend
  • Russian River Jazz Festival

LOST OR LEFT BEHIND PROPERTY - 5 Seasons is not responsible for the loss of property. There is a $20 service charge plus the cost of shipping to have items returned to you.

ROAD NOISE - 5 Seasons is not responsible for any road noise. This is not a refundable event.

INJURY - 5 Seasons is not responsbile for any injury regardless of cause.

ROOM CANCELLATION POLICIES
: In all cases the non-refundable deposit is not returned. In addition, the following policies apply:

  • Less than 7 days notice - This includes "No-shows" and cancellations made on the day of arrival or made during the stay are charged for the entire booked reservation. The full visit will be charged to the credit card on record at the time of the cancellation or no show.
  • 7 to 29 days notice - A $25 late cancellation fee per night is charged. This is in addition to the one-night deposit.
  • More than 30 days notice Tthe non-refundable deposit is all that is lost. Exceptions include Group Events (refer to your contract for cancellation policy) and Holidays & Special Events.
  • Holidays and Special Events - Require a 30 day notice of cancellation to avoid being charged for entire visit.
  • Early departures or unused nights - There are no refunds for early departures or unused nights.
