Spa Treatment Appointments

SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS

Please contact 5 Seasons Spa in advance to reserve your next appointment. We will attempt to fulfill your requests. However, your spa request is not guaranteed until you receive a formal confirmation. All spa treatment bookings for non-5 Seasons guests require a $50 deposit to be paid at the time of confirmation.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment(s) will be charged the full treatment rate with the credit card on file and your deposit forfieted.

RESCHEDULING

Rescheduling of spa appointments is permitted if made greater than 48 hours in advance. There is a $25 rescheduling fee which will be taken from the deposit or required to be paid at the time of confirmation. If an appointment cannot be rescheduled, it is considered cancelled.
