RIVER FRONT - located on the river. Most of our River Front homes have river access with dock or beach. Please see a particular home to note what it has.
RIVERSIDE - located near the river with river access nearby. Could be as close as across the street or through a small meadow.
RIVER VIEW - has a River View. These may be located near the river or on top of a bluff. The home will indicate if it provides river acces or there is river access nearby.
HILLSIDE -Typically these homes are located in our majestic redwoods and are our most desired locations for romantic get aways as they are often times more secluded.
SUMMER PLACE - a home that is only available April 15 through October 15. Many homes in Summerwood Park are this way.
IN TOWN - a home that is located in town or down town area near shopping and other activites.
